CNC Machine Finish
The CNC machine creates a surface which has a high metallic shine. Machined finish is applied by spinning the wheel on a Computer Numeric Control (CNC) lathe. The lathe bit cuts a small amount of metal off the face of the wheel, flattening and polishing the surface to a high metallic shine. This device is completely computerized and with its diamond tip cuts a fine layer of aluminum from the entire face of the rim with exacting precision, producing a perfect finish equal to or better than original factory finishes.
